May Volcy, RN, CDMS, MSCC

Biography:

• May Volcy is the owner of ABL Case Management, Inc. As a small business owner, she is in charge of a company that provides Medical Case Management Services for several major insurance companies.
• May Volcy is  an accomplished Registered Nurse with over thirteen years of experience in the areas of Intensive Care, Medical-Surgical, Ortho-Neuro, and Telemetry. She has been a Field and Telephonic Case Manager in Worker’s Compensation for over ten years.  She is also a Qualified Rehabilitation Provider, a Certified Disability Management Specialist, and Certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant. These extensive years experience help her to understand the various aspects in the delivery of Case Management Services and acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to provide this critical services in a manner that is efficient coast effective.
• In addition, May is fluent in Creole and French, with some knowledge of Spanish.

Chief Executive Officer
Roland Berthold, BS Business Management, CEO

Biography:

• I am a graduate from the University of Massachusetts, Boston
• My managerial experience date back twenty years. I was the manager of an accounting firm for over five years. I also worked for the State of Florida for close to twenty years, in the area of investigation and adoption. These positions held in the past allow me to have broad knowledge and experience, some of which I have been able to apply in my current position with ABL Case Management Services.
• ABL Case Management's success includes our ability to provide such a high level of services to our clients. These clients include some very well managed governmental and private entities that care about both our service quality and the cost saving we have been able to provide to them.
• Our goal is to continue to provide the same level of quality in the delivery of our services as we continue to grow our case management services.

Medicare Set Aside Specialist
Christina Sperduto, MSCC

Biography:

• I am a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant recognized by the Commission of Health Care and the University of Florida.  I have several years of experience with review and analysis of medical records, knowledge of Worker's Compensation claim process, and CMS approval. 
•  My knowledge and expertise are applied to every Medicare Set-Aside and I continue to update ABL Case Management of the latest industry trends and MSA news.

Office Manager:
Jill Canarick , Office Manager

Biography:

• I became an office manager with ABL Case Management, Inc.,  in 2002, after having long term dedication and devotion with other corporations as office manager positions, from 1979 to 2002, Elroy Music Enterprises, Inc 1979-1989, Finance USA 1989-2002.
• Highly skilled Office Manager that strives to deliver supportive assistant while being cost effective and conforming requirements of the case management regulations. This has afforded me the ability to apply and coordinate the ABL Staff and Nurse Case Managers.
• 2005/2006-PCARN, helped coordinated and attended monthly meeting for the Palm Coast Association Rehabilitation Nurses.
• Strengths include strategic planning and program implementation, cost analysis, and financial accountability, outstanding communicational skills.
• Solid background of management in different venues.

Processing Specialist
Kathleen Bellevue

Biography:

• I am a veteran of the U.S. Army where I obtained three years of experience as a Human resource representative.  The military trained me to be meticulous with my work and has allowed me to produce with pride.
• Assistant to corporate management handling multiple tasks, reliable and ready for new projects large or small.
• I enjoy working with people and working especially with the ABL family, which has become a blessing in my life, and for a great stepping stone toward becoming a Registered Nurse in the future.
